L.L.B ( Three Years Program )

 

In this program, in addition to the theoretical legal education, we shall also provide practical training at regular intervals by our moot courts and visits to various courts located at Kotdwara & Nainital under the watchful eyes of our faculty.

The L.L.B Course shall be divided into six semesters. The following courses of study is based on the revised guidelines of the Bar Council of India and as per the ordinance of the University.

Internship

Each Student will have to complete minimum of 12 Weeks internship for Three years course. During the entire period of studies, provided that internship in any year cannot be for a continuous period of more than 4 Weeks. The students may do their internship during Winter and Summer vacations.
